What happens if my handpiece can’t be repaired?
If repair isn’t possible we can either send your handpiece back free of charge, or dispose of it and facilitate ordering you a replacement.
Do I have to use genuine parts on my handpiece?
On brands other than NSK we are able to use non-genuine parts, however for warranty and longevity we advise the use of genuine parts where possible.
What happens if my handpiece goes missing in the post?
Handpiece Hotline holds no liability for loss or damage during transit. As such we recommend that you obtain suitable insurance prior to sending.
